Photo & Video Consent Notice
By attending, registering for, or purchasing tickets to this event, you acknowledge and agree that the Chinese Community Center of the Capital District of New York (CCC) may take photographs and video recordings during the event. All such media are the property of CCC and may be used for promotional, educational, archival, or other lawful purposes related to CCC activities, without further notice or compensation.
If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor attending this event, you grant CCC the same rights with respect to photographs and video recordings of the minor in your care. If you do not consent to the use of your or your child’s image, please notify event staff in writing before the event or speak with a CCC representative upon arrival.
