The Chinese Community Center (CCC), collaboration with Indian Cultural Center and other AAPI nation communities, is proud to announce the 2025 AAPI Youth Empowerment Summit: Championing Community Services, Educational Equity, and Family Wellbeing event on Sunday, March 16, 2025 at CCC Chinese School (Shaker Middle School). This is a free event for AAPI parents and youth in capital region of New York. We warmly invite everyone to join us in learning, connection, and celebration for youth and parent empowerment! |
The summit is structured into three engaging sections:
Youth Program Showcase: Discover the inspiring work of young leaders and their innovative initiatives aimed at fostering academic success, mental health, cultural pride, and community engagement. This showcase highlights creativity, collaboration, and the impact of youth-driven programs.
Keynote Speaking: Gain valuable insights from an esteemed keynote speaker who will address the importance of advocacy and education within the AAPI community, offering inspiration and actionable takeaways.
Panel Discussions: Participate in two thought-provoking panel discussions featuring experts, educators, parents, and youth leaders. The discussions will focus on collective action for equitable education and youth and family wellbeing, addressing critical issues and sharing best practices.
