In the local Chinese community, many people experience obstacles in their daily life due to visa status. They might find themselves anxious, lonely, sad, procrastinate, and hard to fall asleep.

Without proper emotional regulation skills, it becomes extra challenging to maintain their performance at work or to handle a crisis like company layoffs or immigration policy changes.
