纽约首府华社民族舞团队由不同年龄段的舞蹈爱好者组成，成立于2022年底。本着锻炼身体、愉悦身心、以舞会友的宗旨，为社区内热爱中国民族民间舞蹈的朋友们提供一个快乐和谐的学习环境，并通过舞蹈提升个人气质与修养。在队员们的共同努力下，团队已连续三年成功参与奥尔巴尼（Albany）华人春晚、纽约州博览会（State Fair），以及多项社区公益演出，并获得多方好评。

我们设有两个免费课堂：

周日课堂

时间：每周日下午1:30~3:30

内容：身韵练习和中国古典舞为主（包括伞舞、团扇舞、折扇舞和飘扇舞等）。

周一课堂

时间：每周一晚上6:30~8:30

内容：中国民族民间舞蹈，如藏蒙舞元素及完整舞蹈学习。

The New York Capital Region Chinese Community Folk Dance Team is composed of dance enthusiasts from various age groups and was established at the end of 2022. Guided by the principles of physical exercise, mental enjoyment, and making friends through dance, it provides a joyful and harmonious learning environment for community members who love Chinese folk dances, while enhancing personal temperament and cultivation through dance. Through the collective efforts of its members, the team has successfully participated in the Albany Chinese New Year Gala for three consecutive years, the New York State Fair, and numerous community charity performances, receiving praise from multiple quarters.

We offer two free classes:

Sunday Class

Time: Every Sunday afternoon from 1:30 to 3:30

Content: Focus on body rhyme exercises and Chinese classical dance (including umbrella dance, group fan dance, folding fan dance, and flowing fan dance, etc.).

Monday Class

Time: Every Monday evening from 6:30 to 8:30

Content: Chinese ethnic folk dances, such as Tibetan-Mongolian dance elements and complete dance routines.
