CCC Family & Youth Peer Support Is Now Open!

Connect. Listen. Support. You Are Not Alone.

We are pleased to announce the official launch of CCC Family & Youth Peer Support, offering a welcoming and culturally responsive space for:

●     Youth and young adults experiencing mental health challenges

●     Parents and caregivers supporting children who may be facing mental health, school, or other challenges

●     Community members seeking information, connection, and support

Peer support is about listening, understanding, sharing experiences, connecting with resources, and drawing on family and cultural strengths to navigate challenges together.

Individual Peer Support

We have established two dedicated email accounts for questions, information, and individual peer-support appointments:

●     Family Peer Support: families can contact familypeer@cccalbany.org

●     Youth Peer Support: youth and young adults can contact youthpeer@cccalbany.org

Please reach out if you would like to speak with a certified peer advocate or learn more about available support and resources.

Regular Evening Peer Support Sessions

In addition to our Family & Youth Peer Advocate recruitment and information sessions (open to everyone qualified with stipend up to $2,250), CCC will offer regular evening sessions where community members can drop in for conversation, questions, peer support, and connections to community resources.

No appointment is necessary. Everyone is welcome to stop by, whether you are seeking support, supporting a family member, or simply want to learn more.
